SQUARE PUBLIC WEB REFRESH

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

After a couple of years with the same page, we're asked to refresh the Retail public web experience.

The primary goal of this project is to increase RTL's product offering awareness and page conversions with prospective and existing Square sellers by creating an informative and action-inspiring resource for sellers to explore during their POS buyer's journey.

Secondarily, developing a scalable and modular site design for the team is imperative to provide flexibility and iterative updates in the future.

OVERVIEW PAGE

We adjusted the strategy of the overview page to be a place where we can offer sellers a simple, reliable, intelligent, flexible, and easy-to-switch solution for any Retail business. Social proofs were also added to the page to shorten the distance between the brand and sellers.

FEATURES PAGE

To increase the engagement between sellers and Square, we also refreshed our features page to be a place where they can land and see different workflows, demonstrating show features are connected and can help their day-to-day quickly.

BITE-SIZE VIDEOS

For this project, we also built short videos to demonstrate how easy our features are, so the sellers can feel more confident about implementing them in their businesses.
