Nissan is a tech company that makes cars. Focusing on that, we didn’t do only a re-design by using better assets and a fancy layout, but a different way to sell vehicles: driven by the equipped technologies so the buyer can feel more comfortable and safe while driving.

The new website works as technology panels, by highlighting featured technologies and call to action that expands a slider panel containing vehicles equipped with that specific technology so the user can make the choice not only because of the exterior, interior, and accessories but how safe you are.

To highlight even more some tech-featuring panels, we produced some cinemagraphs clips.

During the design process, we received from SEO and Market Science departments a list of top searched vehicles, and this information was crucial to be accurate in this carousel. We kept tracking this information every month to always have this component up-to-date.

The main navigation was also redesigned not only to make the vehicles and technologies search even easier and faster to find, but also to promote key campaigns, initiatives, and a special area for Nissan owners, where they can have access to the restricted area.

One of the most critical points that we also had to solve is the visual language of the icons, making them more consistent, intuitive and visually connected with each other.
